1. Design Consultations: Personalized interior design consultations
conducted online to help Clients achieve their desired space aesthetic.
2. Decorative art products: Handmade decorative art products,
including decor, furniture, and artwork, available for purchase through our e-shop.

4. User Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing from our e-shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

5. Scope of Architectural and Interior Design Services

Our design services follow a structured, consultative process to create a customized, actionable plan for our Clients.

This may include a (1) an Online Consultation to deliver a personalized moodboard with recommendations and/or (2) a Specialized Custom Project to deliver detailed architectural or interior designs.

 

In (1) Online Consultation we conduct an initial online consultation to understand the Client's style, preferences, and objectives. We gather relevant information about the space and discuss the project’s scope, and any specific requirements. We then present a personalized moodboard with our recommendations, including include design ideas, color palettes, materials, and potential solutions for your space.

In (2) Specialized Custom Project we provide a custom proposal based on the project’s scope and requirements. The project’s cost will depend on the complexity and hours required. Once approved, the deliverables may include detailed layouts, material specifications, 3D visualizations, or any other aspect
of an architectural or interior design project.

6. Purchases from E-shop

Our products are available for purchase through our e-shop, with convenient payment and delivery options.

Online Payments and Checkout:

• Products can be purchased directly via our online checkout system.

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and specified online payment gateways.

• Upon successful payment, we will arrange for product delivery to the address provided during checkout.

• Shipping details, including estimated delivery times and costs, are provided during the checkout process.

• In case the delivery cost can not be specified online, we will determine it offline and communicate it with a follow up e-mail communication and related payment methods.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

1. Interior Design Consultations: Once work has commenced, refunds are not available unless explicitly agreed upon. Digital products are non-refundable due to their intangible nature. For concerns, contact us within 7 days of receiving the design.
2. Physical Products:

• Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if theproduct is in its original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping is the Client’s responsibility.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Exchanges: Damaged or defective items may be exchange within 7 days of delivery.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing Accurate Information: Accurate dimensions, preference and requirements are essential.

• Completing Product Purchases: Clients must complete purchases and provide accurate delivery details.

• Implementing the Design: Execution of the design plan is the Client’s responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property

1. Design Services: All intellectual property rights in designs and content remain with F Architecture Studio unless otherwise agreed.
2. Products: Products are sold for personal use. Reproduction, resale, or modification is prohibited.

10. Use of Site

By using our website, you agree to lawful use only, without uploading
malicious code or interfering with our services.

11. Limitation of Liability

F Architecture Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
